yes it is in the registration form they sent via email

I changed the password for accessing the router, hit reboot, now it won't bloody connect (the router won't connect to the net)

in the logs it keeps on saying
PAP authentication failed

and the date on the router has been reset to Jan 1,2000 (does not make any sense)

called Unifi, lady said she will reset, instantly, it began to work again

hope this helps others with similar errors, but generally that error means that the username / password combination is incorrect, but in my case it was correct

Subang area's Unifi seems to be not affected. Have been having really good service for the past half a year or so, just had a few hiccup 1 or 2 months subscribing to the trial period.

Currently I'm paying just RM200 for VIP20 package because I'm a trial user... But I'm shifting soon... scared they take away my privileges, and also when want to shift house scared those TM people take forever to respond to my request.

Their service is really terrible I tell you, because I'm a trial user I don't have the HyppTV installed, not even the set-top-box. Even after asking them for more than 10 times, calling them, till today they still never come. Hopeless.
