The slow I experience is some time in 1hour on "Fileserve" getting slow, but I try "Hotfiles" or "Filesonic" it's fine.
Speedtest indicate 4.++mbps down and 5.0mpbs up.
But, it's still acceptable for me.
I'm already download 200GB files and it's still rock....
But don't know why "Fileserve" become slow.

I can already guess if i call their support. they will ask me .. encik tutup switch modem sementara kemudian buka balik!
encik , cuba dulu! Kalau tak boleh, encik boleh call sekali lagi!

IF every UNIFI members call them ... this is my calculation for the profits they make per day . If their Server down, as expected all the members will ring them to check the problem.

This is just an estimation:

Waiting - 5 minutes
Troubleshooting - 5 minutes
Overall Time PEr Call - 10 minutes

Cost
Each minute : 10 cent (Unifi Fix Line)
Total Charges per call - RM 1.00

If 10,000 calls made by Unifi members per day,

Total Earning
1 Day - RM 10,000
1 Month - RM 300,000

This is just on normal day, if server is down. The numbers will multiply

Just received Unifi routine "robot" sms telling me that my problem is still not solved

I still get ONLY 220kbps for downloads from megaupload.com and other file hostings too    .......but if i download programs from http i get full speed always......

I know that... But cawan seems to stay in the same condo as me but his ping is low to SG server. My ping to sg server is over 500ms. His ping below 50ms!

Yea cause they never pull the fibre to my area yet..Abit disappointing la..

Tomorrow going to TM to cancel my streamyx and talk to them about this issue..

I will feel really grateful if they willing to installing the Unifi at my area through VDSL since my distance from the nearest DSLAM just about 300M.... and the quality of copper line at my housing area are still good... new housing area.. about 3-4 years...
I'm just wanna a speed, don't really bother about the ping... for me 30ms until 50ms is still acceptable
