i also have been having connection problems in Bangsar for the last 3 days. It was working great on Friday - then Saturday intermittent connection in the morning, then in the afternoon, nothing at all.
I'm new to the unifi setup - can someone let me know if the internet light on the modem is supposed to be blinking or solid.
This is the status of the lights on the modem over the last 3/4 days
- DSL light is solid
- internet blink twice every few seconds or so
- VOIP light is red
On the router
- internet globe is orange
- other lights green
I tried unplugging everything, and replugging - no change.
Really frustrating - made a complaint yesterday morning with Unifi but still nothing except their super efficient report number email which i received even while talking to CS.
If this continues, I'll have to cancel the unifi!
