If you off the STB, IPTV will be off.
If you off the Dlink router, internet and IPTV will be off.
If you off the Huawei BTU, internet, IPTV and phone will be off.

Currently thinking of getting VIP5...

my house landed..  my telephone Pole at the back of my house, but My tv console, as usual, infront in the living room....

what you guys think?  they have to come in from my back of my house and drill all the way to the front of my house for the Fiber?  sweat.gif

Can use Homeplug.

If pull all the way, they'll also charge u for extra fibre length.

Thanks for the info but the reason I asked is that, I only have 1 socket at my living room and somehow the homeplug does not work if i use a multisocket adapter (I tried using Belkin power surge one)  hmm.gif . it shows, connection problem or something like that.

Hence at the moment I use the socket at my living room for the homeplug and tarik one long extenstion from another room to plug my tv. Its very very ugly!  cry.gif

On another note, I'm gonna extend my room to make way for a computer room, thats why I ask if anyone has done a wall lan socket.  icon_question.gif

There is Homeplug with a socket on it (HL110EP), so u don't waste any wall socket.
