Free for certain length, and pay for the additional length. I'm not sure how much. Forgot already. I would suggest to register/apply direct through the unifi website.at least the technician sent by TM, is their installation team employees. Not the appointed contractors.

Intermittent connection from 10.30pm-12am at Tmn Bukit Serdang.
Now in the 2nd days
TM said no maintenance. any idea why?

What is the specific model of the tp link? And what are the symptoms? I got dc few times last night. I can see the BTU Voip LED also turn red when dc. Im pretty sure it is the TM link get dc, not issue with my dlink router right? Everytime i got dc, my voip led on btu surely bcome red.

I need help..i'm on VP5..i got IP surveillace camera behind my LAN..how to port forward through our Dlink 615 router?

I tried using port forward, but doesnt work.every time type the public IP, it goes to Dlink router page, not my cam.

Pls help

no success..even i change the port number on my cam, also failed..still getting into my Dlink 615 router, not the cam

Bad connections at Bukit Jalil/Bukit Serdang!
Intermittent since 10.00PM
Called TM, they said no Maintenance!
Very disappointed with service. Since day 1 i got this issue :-(

TM send me sms claimed all back to normal..but upon checking, all servcies still down..called them again this moring, the fu*kin same thing they did, reset/refresh connection..gosh..i never experienced this on my streamyx..is their system having problem or our BTU??

they will do SNR test on your copper..if not, good, they will stop installation

Again!!!... Bukit Serdang/ Bukit Jalil area having bad disconnection!!
The red bar shows the disconnection(i circled in Blue)
very obvious during night time the dc is unacceptable.
during day time also got 3 dc
sample taken for 12 hrs..from 9am till 9pm, today (26/4/11)
to whom in TM can we share this findings??
any email address?

another problematic VIP5 here..being in 9 days of bad disconnection issue. ask them to change modem but still refused..
Unifi on VDSL
SNR reading from MDF room to home wall plug is good.. 27db Upstream n Downstream...so what else the issue? Not the modem?
Tired with the TM Level1 help desk..my ticket is not going anywhere :-(

Finally my 2 weeks intermittent issue resolved. TM technician came and replace the BTU modem from Huawei to ZTE. The tech said Huawei modem always got hang when hot.

i didn't ask for rebate since i don't heavily use em for this 2 weeks. At least now I got a stable connection.

I don't think so. I just streamed a 1080p you tube video on full screen. buffered twice for 4 seconds throughout the 6 mins video. not bad.

anyway, my pc connected on wifi G(54mb), and on VIP5.

Vip5 here. Down since yesterday. Connected to serdang exchange. Called tm and they said there is major breakdown n now working to fix the prob. No ETR given.
