unifi really suckssss
made an appointment on 14may .9.30 - 2.30(installation i think) few weeks ago before i got unifi,my streamyx got struck by lightning ,so i call unifi for them to change the appointment faster than 14thmay but they say cannot then fine,no complaint. and on 14th may ,they din't come on 9.30,call unifi on 11am,they said 2 pm..then 2 pm still no,call after call ..they give some stupid excuse saying their van broken ,they don't even know how to contact the installer for my house .around 4.30pm,they come finally ..but in the phone call they say they will give something like ganti rugi ? but not received anything i can use unifi for the 1st day, but it keeps disconnecting then 2nd and 3rd day no disconnect. on 4th day can't use internet at all . my iphone can detect the unifi but there no internet.the internet icon on the modem is in orange light(it should be yellow ?) then i called them again -.- on friday they come ,,they changed the modem, they say its not modem prob.its server prob or whatever ,they say they nver encounter this prob before -.- then waiting ...until today (tuesday),i hate unifi bcause they don't take any action on this thing, unless i called them bcause i have lot of assingments pending bcause of this. i go to tm [taipan] . complaint ..that guy already make a report .about the ganti rugi, they don't know .. == they come today around 3pm ..i dunno what they want to check but its raining that time so they will come tomorrow .. haish .. worst crappy service ever . i use streamyx nver had this problem .. |

Anyone having frequent problems with IPTV (satellite icon with a cross mark)? Mine happens VERY often... but when it happens, VOD and the interactive portals are still fully working and accessible.

Mine happens VERY often... but when it happens, VOD and the interactive portals are still fully working and accessible. Same here. However here's how I solve it, just leave your IPTV box on when it's showing the satellite icon, then turn off your BTU (either the white or black modem) only, can just turn it off for like 10 seconds and then power it back on. If it solves the problem, when your BTU establishes all the connection, your IPTV should be able to view the channels again.Apparently what TM told me is that sometimes the IPTV hangs or something like that and therefore needs to restart the device. |

Want to ask something, currently using unifibiz 5mbps, the password to dial the unifi is provided randomly by them right? not we set it ourself right?
Cause i dont recall giving them any custom password for the dialing up, and then the email they sent to us is stating 13alphanumeric password. but in the DIR-615 the * at the password field is showing 10 only. Is it the DIR-615 password field will mask it showing 10 only, but when key in password is the 13alphanumeric that they provide? |
