Of cos the fiber come with metal cable. if not the fiber can easily cut of.

oi. dont simply cut the cable.
its there for a reason k. later if ur fiber break apart u hv to pay for the whole fiber ok. and its not cheap.
unlike copper cable where u can simply cut and join it back. but for fiber its not as simple as that.

however the fiber is much more smaller than the metal cable as it only hv 2 core of fiber.

just upgrade from vip 10 to vip 20. normal or not my speedtest around 18-19mbps only?

went to tm point. submit upgrade form.
took 3-4 days. been told got problems with my account. thus the delay.
btw u can check the status at portal if not mistaken. hehe.

even in portal also can upgrade. but didnt try dat way.
