Sorry for ur outstanding amount. Different for my case, when I applied for UniFi on the phone, that person on the phone asked if I would like to cancel my Streamyx and I told her yes. Today I received a call from TM asking to confirm if I would like to terminate my Streamyx as well. |

this is my first time received a private number from TM also.they claimed that they are from TM and can even tell me which package i took for streamyx.but they only ask me if i want to migrate to unifi or not.for the first time,i told them i'm not interested.and they are not pushy.just say that since my streamyx package is 1MBps,which cost around RM120++ ,why not take unifi.faster speed..bla bla bla.then i told them i'm not interested, they just said 'thank you'. the second time was on this morning.private number also.ask want to migrate or not and told them i've applied.wait for installation.and asked when is the installation date.told that woman on the phone, and she replied 'thank you.bye bye' thats all.this is weird

Tell them that you've ticked the option to terminate your current streamyx. If they insist that you should pay, bring the case to CFM or SKMM. WTH Unifi never terminate my previous service..anybody ever facing the same issue? From my experience CFM is more efficient. |

QUOTE(expl0it @ May 22 2011, 12:06 AM) Definitely too much. They ignored my complaints (via the unifi portal) for 1 week+, so I gave a detailed report to CFM about the complaint via email. The day after I receive acknowledgement from CFM, those lazy TM bastards finally contacted me to resolve the issue. |

I'm experiencing a weird problem (latest update/findings to my IPTV issue).
My setup is using the MikroTik RB250GS. My IPTV will work fine for almost a day before it shows the satellite icon with an X mark. Reboot countless of times still won't solve this issue. However, once I plug back the DIR-615, my IPTV works again. So once it works, I revert back to my previous custom setup with MikroTik RB250GS and it will work for a day or so. After that, same thing happens again until I connect back the DIR-615. Any idea why this happens? It can get pretty annoying. |

For the past 2 weeks it seems we are seeing various people reporting issues with non-TM supplied equipment (mainly custom routers and not IPTV though).
