TM need time to install the unifi...must take time to check and connect to the system..many people install unifi, not only u...be patient lorh..dont complain to much..they still do their job... icon_idea.gif

i know TM people doing their job and get rich. i'm being patient already. i mean, they need to be more professional la in doing their job. why make simple mistake one. they get the wrong DP for my place. they put on the list C014 but my place the most nearest is C020. i know many more people complain and many didn't get the problem solve. those TM people who make simple mistakes should learn from their mistakes. if i didn't complain about this, more simple mistakes like this will be done by TM and more people will complain. so those complain must be reach by TM so that they can learn from mistakes. till when will the complain end?  shakehead.gif

the complaint will never end as long as consumers exist.

it doesn't matter how good the company can be, being human, you are going to complain btw.

actually not the technician fault ...they just install and troubleshoot only...they just follow the system...i think system actually give the information..but i think everyone make mistakes right..hihihi... thumbup.gif

yup the technician just follow, not their fault but the TM HQ fault. giving wrong DP information is such small mistakes that cannot be repeat. i think TM human resource need to upgrade their training lesson to their staff to learn how to be more professional and be a world class organisation. laugh.gif

Kelana Jaya area is pretty hot area. I think TM just don't want Kelana Jaya resident to use UniFi yet. Maybe they done a research area where they found out that so many heavy downloader is at Kelana Jaya.  rclxub.gif

Wonder how long does it takes for the installation appointment. The earliest time slot I found for my area is end of June.

As mentioned before, it depends on where you are.... and who you know.

You would have to wait longer in new UniFi areas and areas with high-demand. Sadly, it seems that UniFi aren't savvy enough to spread their engineers/installers around depending on uptake.

It also helps if you know someone in TM who can expedite matters for you.

Hi I just installed my UNIFY today at Sri Rampai.
Got the HuaWei Modem, Orange D-Link Router, STB and the Motorola Phone (I was hoping for Pana though and asked for change. Too bad the installer say he dont have spare.)

BTW, How do i know if the DLINK is set for Wifi-N?

I don't think so. I just streamed a 1080p you tube video on full screen. buffered twice for 4 seconds throughout the 6 mins video. not bad.

anyway, my pc connected on wifi G(54mb), and on VIP5.
location at bukit serdang.
