i know TM people doing their job and get rich. i'm being patient already. i mean, they need to be more professional la in doing their job. why make simple mistake one. they get the wrong DP for my place. they put on the list C014 but my place the most nearest is C020. i know many more people complain and many didn't get the problem solve. those TM people who make simple mistakes should learn from their mistakes. if i didn't complain about this, more simple mistakes like this will be done by TM and more people will complain. so those complain must be reach by TM so that they can learn from mistakes. till when will the complain end?

the complaint will never end as long as consumers exist.
it doesn't matter how good the company can be, being human, you are going to complain btw.
