Hi I just installed my UNIFY today at Sri Rampai.
Got the HuaWei Modem, Orange D-Link Router, STB and the Motorola Phone (I was hoping for Pana though and asked for change. Too bad the installer say he dont have spare.)

BTW, How do i know if the DLINK is set for Wifi-N?

Guys i need help.
Just installed Unifi this morning and working fine. Suddenly my laptop cant detect the wireless of my Unifi anymore. But I tried on my iphone it can still detect....

I restarted my computer a few times, and also restarted the router.....
still it will not show on my wifi detection and cant connect

Now I am connected through Lan cable and there is connection.

Any idea what's the problem? thanks

I tried also, still cant work....
is the profile name same as SSID name when i create a new profile?

Yes its abc@unifi...and i followed your advice, and tried abc only. Still won't work.
Is the profile hidden? I checked the DLINK settings and it isn't set as hidden

Aisay man....the current free channel watchable in my opinion only Travel Channel and News....
Cant wait for the NatGeo HD. I dont mind paying

Wanna ask again and unsure if this is the right place,
I plug in optical cable from STB to my amp. I cant seem to get surround sound detection for Luxe TV HD and preview of Universal HD channels......anyone ?

Mine is not only fluctuating .

I complained to UNIFI that TV8's volume is so soft until i need to turn on extra 50%. And when advertisement comes, it blows the hell out of the tv speaker. TV8 is extra soft compared to other channel in my area, setapak. I'm connected using HDMI and has also tried RCA, still same.

UNIFI customer service replied that they had checked and is not their equipment issue and claims that it is TV8 issue. And will proceed to close the complain ticket even though i objected. I told them to work with TV8 for solution, but they say it's not their equipment issue and therefore not their responsibility and ask me to talk to TV8 directly. How i talk to TV8 la, I can't complain to TV8 as i'm watching from the UNIFI STB, hence making me a third party.....Knowing that she wont help to resolve the issue, i asked her for a report from UNIFI to say that it is not their issue, and i will talk to TV8.......
