Anyone notice the Maybankard2 AMEX TP balance reduced... I lost aboout 500+ points

Just check M2U, found my 1xxx points reduced to 6xx only.............

unknown reason (not because the extra 1X cos i calculate the total 6xx points ont even achieve 5X)

Same, my TP was halved, current amount is even less than 3X TP per ringgit spent.

Spent rm988.50 Given 4942 TP. Correct.
Called Amex CS and was told that the RM1million rebate(for the 15% rebate campaine) was fully claimed on 21/2/11(Sun). Will wait and see if this is correct. Forgot to ask when this rebate will appear in the statement.

Same here ... sometimes I'm a bit out of touch with the promos. You guys here are better at tracking the promos.

I found out how my TP is reduced...

MBB removed the 6x TP from the weekend transactions, and replace with 1x TP,
Other normal 5x TP transacation remains.

My weekend transaction still have more than 1X TP

well hye was right in a way, I was just like talking to myself haha But what you said also true.

hopefully that's true, on 20th Feb was at Pavillion having lunch, I was greedy for the 15% cash back so used my Amex Charged Card instead of my OCBC TMC or MBB Dua Amex. May end up with only 3X MR with my charged card.

Wait untill your statement comes and then report back here.

huh? Left 1X TP only...
shouldn't it be 5X everyday?? Seems MBB already messed up the thing...Wish I don't have to go through this..

Called AMEX CS to check and they said it was because they over-credited 6x TP previously and now deducted all back.

Apparently its still work in progress as my new balance is less than 3X of my total spendings, and she said the final points will only be credited upon next statement.

I have a very bad feeling on this as they said exactly the same thing for my 15% cash back in December which is also still outstanding

do we need to activate MBB 2 card or already activated? the statement date is universal for all card holders or personalized?

Where on earth are they going to get half a million "new" cardmembers. No wonder you see many getting MBB Dua approved without even filling up an application form or requesting for it.

A few of us here are in the same situation.

I wonder what is ALL the hype about some MBB2 AMEX that doesn't come with "Platinum". To me, "Platinum" cards are a dime a dozen these days. It's really not so prestigious anymore. Sorry to say but some of you here are a lil shallow here.
