Not sure what the issue is, perhaps today we can’t pay ptptn bill using boost. Someone else also reports similar issue in boost thread. Thanks for the reply.

It's a very common recurring issue with paying PTPTN via Boost. You just have to try again a day later & most probably it'll be resolved by then.

May b the system either boost or sspn tidak stable, u have to try when u free until u success. Yesterday i try the whole afternoon until i able to make the payment. Good luck 😁

How long will it take for the amount that i pay to reflect in my sspn account if i pay with Boost?
Seen like a bit delay compare to direct pay in sspn website.

Fastest is the next working day. Sometimes it could take 2-3 working days to reflect. If you do it around account closing time like year, it took about more than a week to reflect.

1. bank islan can link to 2 sspn-i account?
2. i already have bank islam saving account, the linkage can be done in ATM machine? or must go counter?

Try post 3014 and some posts before that

1. I dont think can unless the SSPN account is registered under your name.
2. Try at ATM if it doesnt work then u have to fill in form go counter.

Yes, I have two SSPN-i account (one for each child) and no problem to link both. Just do at ATM (I had bank islam account before SSPN started this linkage thing).
