2. i already have bank islam saving account, the linkage can be done in ATM machine? or must go counter?
Straight to the ATM machine - can DIY.
i did mine at the counter when opening an account
AND i did go over to the ATM to check how to.. IT people always tests heheh. Saw options to remove link and link SSPN accounts.

is the dividend announced ?

most of the time is end of Jan, but this time like very late ...

i think u need to open the account before 2017, deposit every year since opening account and deposit between now to apr 2020 to enjoy the additional 1%
