To transfer SSPN funds to other bank's account:
1. use ATM & debitcard to withdraw SSPN to BI's account.
2. then use ATM & debitcard to IBG/IBFT from BI's account to say MBB account.
are the above steps correct?
How much is the IBG/IBFT fees?
Funds will be transferred within the same day?
IS there a end-of-year maintenance period where we can't do the above?
*
I have been withdrawing and depositing using atm and cdm machines respectively. It costs you 50 sen for the withdrawal.
This is BR. Might be similar to BI. These steps can get the fund transferred immediately.

What is the benefit of your steps? No fee?

Didn’t know you can transfer without cashing out. Will figure out how to do that at BR atm later. Thanks.

Regardless, you still being charged 50 sen either way right?

Yes, but the limit is different. Withdraw cash max RM1500. Transfer is 30000 or something like that.
*
Awesome.

QUOTE(alexanderclz @ Dec 27 2019, 03:46 PM)
is this still true?
*
I have linked my sspn account to br account on 17 dec. Smooth process. Just take a few minutes. Only need your ic and sspn acc. no.

is there still basic savings account without annual fee for bank rakyat?
*
Not sure about that. I’m not even sure what annual fees that my account comes with if any. I have the br account way before my sspn account. So I just use back the br account that has been inactive for quite a time.

I might email cs to ask about that.

ooooh, ok noted your concern of the lost of interest if premature FD uplifting... thumbsup.gif

btw, if you are concerned about the interest returns thing...with SSPN, just take note of this....
at times there will be no interest given unlike FD.

Exactly. Thanks for this. thumbup.gif

I'm pretty much late in the game. Most of my deposits are made on 17th and onwards. For interest returns, if any, might only eligible for in the initial deposit. Gonna work hard next year.

Daily limit rm1.5k (max 1k per transaction, you can split to rm1k + rm500 if you wish to max it out for a day)
Monthly limit is rm4.5k
*
I’m not sure about the daily limit though. I have paid > 1.5k in a day to sspn twice this month. I concur with the max 1k amount per transaction.

It's a very common recurring issue with paying PTPTN via Boost. You just have to try again a day later & most probably it'll be resolved by then.

Someone has pm’ed me. It works fine now. Thanks for the info.

As far as those that have been reported, grabpay bill payments via epay did earn points. Sspn might be eligible as well. Though I’m not sure what to do with my grabpay points.
