Just want to contribute back some info for reference since I have been lurking here for a while now.

Went to PTPTN counter at Giant Bandar Kinrara 5 at approximately 5pm on 20th Jan (Saturday) and submit for withdrawal. Lady asked us to check our details are correct before leaving the premise.

Received money in bank account when I checked at around 9.30am on 23rd Jan (Tuesday).

All in all, good experience. Helps that we stay in Bandar Kinrara and the counter opens on Saturday.

I used to go Bandar Kinrara branch to perform withdrawal in the old times when there were no online withdrawal back then.

Now look like I need this method again since online withdrawal is not stable and BI saving acct is not keen to use.

anyone has issue login to myptptn website or apps? both seems not working.

tried both web n app jz now. web cannot. app can login but the saving all become zero. login bi to check sspn balance, ok.

same, web just stuck there cannot even log in. tried to do some transaction via apps but also cannot proceed further, just stuck there

If I take my money out now they will still give me the interest for 2023 in the next few months right?

Yes, but depending on when you had deposited the money in 2023 you will get pro rated rate

morning tried withdraw again, cannot.
no email from ebanker (assuming they use bimb)
actual money not received yet.

just now evening, able to withdraw #2.
app show withdrawal receipt pdf. tried to save it but seems not working.

25 Jan (Thu) - Thaipusam public holiday

26 Jan (Fri) - #2 shown in transaction history
26 Jan (Fri) - #1 ebanker email received 535pm. will likely get $$ next Monday.
29 Jan (Mon) - #3 withdrawal from myptptn app around 7:xx am
29 Jan (Mon) - #1 fund received in Maybank around 10:xx am
29 Jan (Mon) - #2 ebanker email received 1135am. will likely get $$ by 8pm today.
29 Jan (Mon) - #2 fund received in Maybank around 7.xx pm
31 Jan (Wed) - #3 shown in transaction history

1 Feb (Thu) - KL FT Day

2 Feb (Fri) - #3 ebanker email received 935am. will likely get $$ by 5pm today.

she passed me the form for me to fill up,
by right when i passed back she should check before she
ticked her portions and keyed in withdrawal..


then 2nd level check rejected. incomplete form.... money went round the town 10days makan angin..



i think they are just there like robots.. they look also they dont see..

you think still get get interest back meh? see the record below.. is entered as pengeluaran 13.1.24, gone interest liao i think.
might as well cepat cepat withdraw again....

i didnt ask that, if can represent others to WD senang next time.

I plan to withdraw from sspn so which date in Feb should I withdraw so I will get the full Jan interest?

If I can still recall correctly, I think i remembered previously they mentioned "on" or "after" 6 of the (next) month...so after 6 Feb is a safer bet

Caveat emptor until real sifus corrects my memory

Need to withdraw cash for CNY expenses urgently and both the app and website is down.

Anyone know where I can download the withdrawal form for a counter visit? And whether we can submit the withdrawal form on behalf of others?

When I made withdrawal a few days ago, the agent didn't ask for my IC so I guess that's doable.
