Just want to contribute back some info for reference since I have been lurking here for a while now.

Went to PTPTN counter at Giant Bandar Kinrara 5 at approximately 5pm on 20th Jan (Saturday) and submit for withdrawal. Lady asked us to check our details are correct before leaving the premise.

Received money in bank account when I checked at around 9.30am on 23rd Jan (Tuesday).

All in all, good experience. Helps that we stay in Bandar Kinrara and the counter opens on Saturday.
