my withdrawal at branch on Friday morning 12.1.24 till now money still not received..must be kena some lazy bugger handling my case..

SSPNi system showed money out on 13.1.24

Thanks a lot. 63001 appeared to be a number that I have blocked for some reasons. Will try again when the apps goes live again.

I requested a withdrawal from the SSPN apps on Sunday but it has still not been processed.. Is anyone experiencing the same?

how to know le .... myptptn app withdrawal is new feature ... no historical data to compare

also, based on previous portal withdrawal, it wont be so fast to process also. expect it few more days to 1-2weeks (or longer since ptptn is busy with year end closing, dividend tabulation, etc)

Heard in the news the Board of PTPTN has approved a higher dividend rate for SSPN 2023

spouse account no BI account. went back to PTPTN today re do withdrawal. wasted 10days
due to incomplete withdrawal info.. by right the girl attended should check and reject it at counter level.

I have the same situation like yours. Saw my money came back to the account and I called their CS. Apparently that dude entered the wrong bank. I wonder why they are hired in the first place to do such stupid mistake

BTY your wife need to go the branch for withdrawal? as last time the staff informed me the withdrawal no need to present just fill up the form and representative can pass to counter.
