Bad xp opening bank islam account.. try open on last sunday via online .. fail with money successfully deducted. ask me to go to branch to verify... so i went to branch.. they tell me maybank memang problematic try use other bank... on the spot in front of the bank officer... use hong leong made another deposit ... fail again, money gone missing... then ask me go counter.. do atm transfer to open account.. when ask what about my missing deposit.. ask me contact my bank for refund ...

quick update. i saw my maybank deposit finally arrived into my account today. it took a few days to flow from fpx so i guess the same to will do for hong leong deposit. but i end up having 3 account with bank islam.. 1 i did online, another infront of the officer and last is with counter with card and yes the bank card did cost me another rm12

Hi need help, i made a deposit to my sspn prime on 1 june via shopee but still dont see the transaction in my account. is that normal? if its not, where can i file the complain to? any xp to share?

i finally got the transaction posted today... it usually took max 5 days. i did go the the ptptn chat ask about it yday though. they tell me to wait until 15 june.

I used to have it linked. But today i open the app/ web there's no more. So i tried to relink but fail. May I know if I need to relink it via ATM again? Also is atm withdrawal still possible?

should not be any problem. but you 1st need to link your sspn acct with debit card on atm if that's still the sop. then u can do it anytime you want via web/app.

im not sure about the limit as i dont have much inside. but there's a limit of 50k in bimb, so i think daily best case is 25k from sspn, then left over 25k limit for transfer out from bimb. i did withdraw once this morning. looks ok to me
