i thought you were saying  your deposit from own bank money also done by agents.........totally different story lah.
i dont know becos my agents never deposit cash rebate into my sspni account direct.

i take it direct to my  SA and this money i deposit into my sspni and claim further cash rebate.

Over counter no limit, but charged 50 sen per transfer. I wanted to transfer to 3 different accounts same day, so when they told me got charge I did one transfer online and the other two over counter, 50 sen each.

i used credit card money, each transaction max M1000

i looked back  2023 EW deposits, all have been changed to later dates also!!
even those deposits done long ago before the silly new system.

Looked back further even 2022 EW deposit dates were also changed!!

Interestingly crucial 1st week deposits affected the most

deposits on 1st -6th would be recorded as 10 or more days later, way past the cut off date of 6th.

deposits  after 1st week which would not earn interest for the month ,not affected so much pulak!

eg
11.2.24  stated as 14.2.24
16.2.24v as 20.2.24
19.2.24 as 21.2.24

however if you only use cash FPX, you are not affected.

I complain to them too. They just reiterate cannot be use. After that ignore my request to convert the coins to cash back to shoppee.

hi all, to enquire about the SSPN withdrawal
Can i go to the SSPN office counter and request to withdraw the fund directly into my other local bank account (e.g CIMB / maybank)
or the fund only can transfer into bank islam ? (as i do not have bank islam account).
