3) If you want to do a sales return a.k.a. refund, this can be done on the spot with the dealer. However, the method of refund and transaction type solely depends on the dealer.

Now Asus just realised how a word 'refund' could lead into a mess.

For the O!Play Gallery, what's the chipset it is using?
You can also post this mediaplayer launch & its detail spec in here > Lowyat.NET -> Special Interest -> Home Entertainment

Hi DarkNite, finally got the info you wanted and it's the Sigma Designs 8655 BU. But other O!Play models are currently using the Realtek chipset so the Gallery is the only one with this chipset at the moment.

Since they are reluctant to do refund, why don't you just settle for a swap?

ETA 30 May is coming soon smile.gif

Later SWAP become RMA smile.gif

The replacement and swapping program is only for Intel 6 series chipset motherboards and not all ASUS products.

If u search the internet, you'll find a lot of information. However I think gigabyte altered the policy at last minute

I am sure I read these 2 companies announcement back then b4 I got Asus ones. (Asus is the 3rd to announce while gigabyte being the first) All of them comes with refund policy.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but:

When is the EEE Transformer coming out in Malaysia officially? How much would it cost? Would the local sets be priced competitively against the iPad2 like in the US?

i put 2 hdd under Marvell Sata 6gbps and these 2 drives always gone missing from time to time and when i tried to move a big file from this hdd to another hdd (non marvel sata) it will stuck and the drive become unrecognised.

both hdd is healthy i swap the hdd to Intel Controller Sata 2/3 and it can copy run diskcheck without having any problem.

i've swapped new sata cable but still the same on Marvel sata port.

Bios version is 1204. hope any1 can shed me some lights. i dont wish to swap board again...
