collected my card and used it to pay for education fee... according to CS, I have to wait until the payment shown in my account then only can request to convert it to 0% Smart Flexi Plan... but, from their reply seems like as long as it's a genuine case, then the conversion should be no problem...
Good... at least don't have to pay the big amount a lump sum |

QUOTE(Happy Happy girl @ Jun 13 2011, 11:23 PM) Master plat benefits & VS benefits are different. Also, VS c.limit is higher than platinum. For those who need the higher c.limit will upgrade to VS. which is why m asking here.btw one doesnt need to hold a VS to have a higher CL. They can always call to increase their CL. |

QUOTE(whitemouse1314 @ Jun 14 2011, 06:49 PM) Your total amount due are RM496.54 la, and the RM50 shown on cimbclicks is the minumum payment for your total outstanding(5% of the outstanding balance or a minimum of RM50) You should look at the last statement balance, ie. RM50 for statement date 28 May 2011, which is due for payment on 17 Jun. In conclusion, you should pay RM496.54 to avoid from finance charges RM496.54 is his total spending as of today (inclusive of the RM50 which due on 17/6) Why the mininum amout to be paid is the same as amount due? Probably because that is RM50 GST. that's why subject for full payment. |

QUOTE(turion64 @ Jun 14 2011, 03:27 PM) Account Holder Name : I believe this is your first month statement. Always just need to pay the statement amount if you didn't owe bank any balance, which is RM50 (government tax) in your case. If you have any balance in your last month statement, then you need to pay the current amount due.Credit Card Number : Credit Card Type : PLATINUM Card Expiry Date : Combined Credit Limit : Present : Outstanding Balance : RM 496.54 Credit Available : RM 24,554.00 Current Amount Due : RM 496.54 Amount Overdue : RM 0.00 Minimum Payment Due : RM 50.00 Payment Due Date : 17-Jun-2011 Last Statement : Statement Balance : RM 50.00 Statement Date : 28-May-2011 Payment Amount : RM 0.00 Payment Date : - bros, like to enquire a noob question regarding cimb clicks. i receive a paper statement stating statement balance is Rm50 due on 17 june. but according to online cimb clicks info above, Rm496.54 is due on 17 june. which one should i trust? For the first case, all your retail charge is interested free (until your next statement + ~14 days), so you don't have to bother it. In the latter case, bank will charge interest from the moment the amount is posted, so in order to save the interest, then you have to pay the current outstanding amount. So, since your Amount Overdue is zero, then you just need to pay the Statement Balance. |

A good way to know whether you still need to pay them before the statement due date is by looking the Minimum Amount, in this case after you have paid RM50, the Minimum Payment Amount should change back to 0, and that indicates you don't have to pay them anything until the next statement due date.
