QUOTE(chemistry @ Apr 23 2011, 11:54 AM) why is this? I paid my parents' insurance premium and requested to convert to 0% 10month installment, the bank didn't ask a single question. Same here. But paid sometime early Feb in 2010.

QUOTE(whitemouse1314 @ Jun 14 2011, 06:49 PM) Your total amount due are RM496.54 la, and the RM50 shown on cimbclicks is the minumum payment for your total outstanding( 5% of the outstanding balance or a minimum of RM50)
In conclusion, you should pay RM496.54 to avoid from finance charges You should look at the last statement balance, ie. RM50 for statement date 28 May 2011, which is due for payment on 17 Jun. RM496.54 is his total spending as of today (inclusive of the RM50 which due on 17/6) Why the mininum amout to be paid is the same as amount due? Probably because that is RM50 GST. that's why subject for full payment.

QUOTE(Thinker* @ Aug 18 2011, 07:48 PM) Has anyone tried paying for KFC using the points from their CIMB/Direct Access CC? I am thinking of doing so. Yes. I did. But if you want to redeem the points in KFC outlets, minumum purchase after 5% discount must be at least RM20.

I called up the card centre to cancel my credit card this morning. The customer service told me that my card is blocked immediately, but I wasn't given any service ticket no for reference.
How do I ensure my card is properly cancelled?
