Dear Superwoman,

Could you please feedback to your management, many cardmembers wish CIMB revises its Sunday rebate become Weekend Rebates (like before), or better still, Daily Rebates.

Thank you.

I second to have more cash back rebates LIKE Maybank & OCBC.
Try to focus on Weekend is good enough

Ok sir, regarding this matter I ady asked my manager to reconfirm again. The matter is like this, Direct Access is different party with visa signature. You can only ADDING new card NOT upgrading the card. If your income RM100K and above per annum is higher chances to approves when u can provide the EA form 2010 with RM100K n above.

I might help you to apply with sent the documents ( copy of IC front n back , EA Form of 2010 with 100K above and Business card ) mail to norliyana.abdullahsaidi@cimb.com or fax to 03-2619 1806

superwomen, about the 0% smart flexi pay plan for education. Is it possible for CIMB management to disprove my application after i use my cc to pay my education fee? Because it does mention in the t&c that the approval is at the discretion of CIMB.

I just don't want to happen that after I sign with CIMB cc and got rejected for 0% flexi plan application. Then, this defects the purpose of using my CIMB cc to pay for my education fee.

he is talking about Smart Plan 0% interest for Education, Insurance and Hospital Bills. If you read previous posts, CIMB rejected a member's Insurance Smart Plan.

And ks98, I doubt superwoman can answer your question since it is up to higher level or different dept to approve or reject or application. Why don't you call CS and ask but I think it should be approve if it is a genuine case.

Get to know that CIMB DA / CC is currently running on the Smart Flexi-Pay program. I was wondering anyone here tried using this service before ?
My car insurance will be expiring soon by next month, would it be nice if I could settle the payment with the CC one shot and apply for the flexi-pay plan ?

All insurance for the cardholder by the cardholder will be converted, up to a maximum amount of RM30K per annum. This is to prevent abuse by certain individuals and also to counter issues of fraud cases as well. Hope that clarifies whatever doubts some of you may have. tongue.gif

Hi Gen-X, you have a good point. Probably will call their CS to confirm before pay the bill smile.gif

I believe there should be no problem with i-Pay Plan as the plan come with some finance charges. Bank is more than happy to take money from us smile.gif But, i am not sure about this 0% Smart Flexi Plan. Will call their CS to check before pay my education bill. If they can't give a satisfactory answer, then i'd rather use another card to pay.

Previously there were no such condition but last 2 years there were massive fraud within the insurance fraternity, which resulted in much issues for all affected parties, thus the new rules came into play, which is deemed part of the any other terms and conditons as the bank may imposed from time to time .....lol tongue.gif

You mean those CIMB Card Centres in Sunway Pyramid and Pavillion KL ?
*
You can just go to any of their card centres if you like. If you apply with them before 430pm, you will get your card issued an hour later. I did at Pavilion for the upgrade of my DA Visa Platinum to CIMB Visa Signature. Bring your payslip as back up but only give to them if they need it. Normally they won't ask for it.
