Did anyone of you get any blue screen? I've got it twice di, it said that windows has encountered a prob and it must shut down bla bla.Once when I was surfing the net using FF and another was when I started the laptop and half way tru loading suddenly the blue screen appeared.
Then it will shutdown itself and restart again.

QUOTE(perky @ Mar 24 2007, 01:02 AM) Issit better to get 2 * 1gb ddr 2 ram or get 4 *512 mb ddr ram ? As my notebook only have 2 slot i gotta utilise 2*1GB. IF u r using desktop, i would recommend you to go for 2*1GB as well. Maybe in future u will like to add another 2*1GB to make it 4GB QUOTE i'm suing vista with 512ram b4 quite ok i dun install any AV juz use it to suft net music etc I thought u r suing Microsoft.. i want to bring back the old yet unsolved problem
why theres always a slight pause or distorted occurs when playing mp3 in wmp11, whenever there's a burst in CPU process switching (means i click at other window, and some occasional files being swapped from HDD). Last time i used WMP11 in XP, it will never like this
but ask me to use other player... i still prefer WMP to play music, because i heard that its the only one feature SRS WOW inside...

Is this just me but deleting files in Vista does not free up space in the hard disk?
I have a 40GB hard disk with 1GB space left. I burned a folder of 4GB worth of data into DVD, and deleted the folder. The UAC appears, I put the password and Explorer went on to delete the folder. But the HD space is still 1GB.

Has anyone tried the BitLocker and EFS enhancements? How does it really work? I heard you must have TPM 1.2 for it to work. Does ASUS P4P800 have it? Thanks.

Try Right Click your drive @ My Computer, Properties, General Tab, Disk Cleanup, Files rom all users on this computer, More Option Tab, & Cleanup System Restore and Shadow Copies. You should get a few gigs out of the cleanup. Cheers and please update once it is done ya.
