For me, FlashGet also has some problems in Vista. When I use it to start download, a popup menu appear saying something like "Access denied" but the file still downloading. I have to wait until complete, then only I click OK and the solution, Close Program sweat.gif

RAM, I would say 1GB is the minimum. I'm running with 1GB and I feel very2 laggy right now, even while playing DOTA, very laggy .. point the mouse there and the screen will follow shortly cry.gif 2 of my bro using 1.5GB, seems fine. Maybe I installed lots of programs compared to them? unsure.gif gotta make dual boot, partying in XP since I'm ran out of cash to upgrade

I have no such problem with FlashGet on my PC tho, and as it integrated in both Opera and IE, that's why I used it

Not really, especially if aero glass is turned off. But do not expect to play games smoothly.

it will lagg as im using 1gb also i still feel lagg.....1gb considered to be minimum....

Me too. Kinda feel a little laggy with 1GB. I think 2GB will be good enough. But it's quite expensive to but 2* 1GB DDR 2 ram la. Then my old 512mb * 2 will go wasted as selling price is so cheap.. sad.gif

If the software supports it, yes, why not. 64 bit proc has a higher rate of calculating ability, thus in theory, it should be faster. The reason Win XP's 32bit was faster than the 64 bit version was the lack of software that can run on it without emulating the 32 bit mode.
