Even when I pumped 2 times within 15 minutes, the system already trigger Public Bank to call me. |

Don't forget to mention that 3 times was in the same station (I am guessing within the a very close period of time of within a few mins).
This highlights a gap or flaw in OCBC's fraud detection (or lack of).

as my webpage shown login name and password as DECLARATION & AGREEMENT and Terms and Conditions of iQ SmartSavers Plan
This sentence was appeared and replace all the wording in my webpage even after i log in.

SSL cert looks OK but may mean the OCBC servers may have been compromised and not just diverted. Best to refrain from logging in. Can't even call in
|

Pls understand, when you are talking legal terms, it is not illegal and unless such is mentioned in your T&C of your card agreement, it is subjective and hard to prove either way. And contrary to your assertion, it is a norm for me to pump 3 times petrol within an hour since I own a few cars and pump them in batch  |
