so pretty much depend on the industry and job role.

I'm in O&G... recently a lot of projects.. so high over and people hopping ships like nobody business...
but I just have 5yrs exp... so can't get much advantage out of it yet as they normally pay well for those people with 8yrs n above...

for helpdesk/service desk team lead (handling the account but report to manager) with more than 4 year of experiences, what is their pay range in rough?

What kind of helpdesk? Is it IT?

If IT helpdesk then see which level of support. Level 1, 2 or 3.

For level 1 I'm thinking 3k to 4k, level 2 4k to 5k, and level 3 5k and above.

Usually they'll give you basic engineer salary + team lead allowance which variable. If shift, weekends, and public holidays work involved then you'll get extra allowance.
