Is RM2.8k that low? They just revised it beginning of this year right? And i think all big 4 around this range, no?

Deloitte also around that range, 2700 for degree and 2850 for ACCA affiliates, just revised this January.. but i heard they gonna revise again soon

SME family business - RM 1.8k - RM 2.4k
Big 4 - RM 2.8k
Commercial MNC - RM 2.4k

Bear in mind, this is the average pay.

Ofcoz, it applies to West Msia only. Anyway~ just take it as reference.

West Malaysia only. Though I dont think East Malaysia should differ too much, probably the small companies would be a little different, but higher companies have a standard pay rate.

And RM 2.8k is not low. If you get a job offer that doesnt ask u to work 12 hours a day for 2.8k, consider urself lucky and accept it.

I have a friend who's a fresh grad and she works for a well known investment bank. 2.8k, but works at least 12 hours a day.

RM2,300?

RM3300 and above.

He/she is only a fresh grad la. 13 yrs of admin exp wont make him/her an IT pro.

I went to interview and she said I will have the chance to get promoted and pay raise according to peer evaluation every 6 months,
so im just wondering are the chances high enough?
