Guys,just want to ask if I have 1 and half year experience in pcb industry but wanted to join semiconductors industry,if salary I get offer from mnc company is 3k to 3.2k,issit consider underpay?

I have a friend working in Infineon with salary 3.1k.but he has 1 year experience in process.but when he jump to st. Jude ,his salary jump to 3.7k. He has 1 year experience only.what do you guys think?

Hi.just want to ask a process and equipment maintenance engineer with RM 3.7k salary with just 1 year experience only.does it consider overpaid? The job need to handle process and equipment maintenance. Does the salary reasonable for the job scope?
