Why is that not possible? I'm not so familiar with those levels in accounting/audit firm.
But getting 3k (or more) as first drawn salary is normal for MNCs.  |

i think they have a different definition of an 'associate' which might represent a very senior position in the company?..LOL

RM3k basic nowadays although its not available in every single MNC, but quite a number of MNC's do offer that or even more.
Shell, CIMB, Standard Chartered, IBM, Accenture, Intel to name a few. However only for specific positions, not all. |

Though this is not that important but academic qualification as well... So, not necessary by looking at the figure you can judge yourself to be underpaid. |
