some advice needed on my increment & current salary.
anyone with experience please advise

Job Title : Junior Quantity Surveyor
Age: 21 (2012)
Job Desciption :
Years spent in company : Almost 3 month
Experience before joining: none (fresh grad diploma )
Company : Local Company
Location : Selangor (Puchong)
Industry : Brickwork,RC,plastering and etc..
Tenure : permanent
Employment Level : Junior QS.
salary : RM 1.7k (Basic) + allowance 300 (telephone bill & car allowance)
benefits: medical claim,milage claim depend on me but must be reasonable, 1/4 months bonus just work for 2 month(Rm500).

After 3 month basic will increase to 2k

Please advice, is my increment standard and am i current underpaid

Employment Level : nil
Experience before joining : Nil
salary : 2k(Starting 1.7k basic)>2.3k(Confirm 2k basic)k>2.6k(Start this month)
benefit : anyhow claim Car Fuel..40km claim RM20 or more, 12 days annual leave, RM50 or less medical claim

What do you think? underpaid or overpaid but Work as Sub-Contractor need face Indon people (Most difficult things ever like baby)

for me... Indonesia and Bangladeshi also same ..like baby like to cry in front of me.. this job is kinda hand because sometimes baby cry and i need to go do site measurement with Indonesia people this is the hardest part
