if they are asking them to redo it, then it shows that they are committed to details. Give them a +1 like. This has to be showcase quality because they still have bunch of phases more to launch. Soon they will have buggy ride for future potential customers to wow them with the build, rather than seeing hairlines and dead trees. Hope the lake water isn't milo either but hard to control since this whole place would still be developing for years to come.

no worry for the water.. clarity shall be good as they have 2 separate system for rain water and sewerage/kitchen water from our unit.... as long as the rain water quality is good....

SA mentioned that they have the technology to make the water clear and it's alr in their plan to do a demo at actual islands site to boost the confident of the buyers.
It will be a shame waterfront theme house if water quality like milo teh Tarik type quality.

I did. It was a very well organized event and everything was very orderly starting with registration, food, service, professional and high spirited and friendly staff.
The only thing not friendly is the price. Lepironia Garden after 7% rebate from 2.1 million is around 1.9 million which is beyond my reach :-(. A few units were sold today.
Handover of Lepironia Garden will be the first and should be around April looking at the rate. I overheard some owners asking the management to have handover of all phase to be about the same time instead of completing LG first.) They claim that they do not want to be the first to move in first, some want to have more savings first before paying full installment etc.,The staff asked the owner to write to the management on this matter.
