Just signed S&P for Sanctuary of Western Heritage

Thanks guys. Yea I work in Cyber as a professional. I like the concept of SEG and it is much larger in scale compare to other existing projects in Cyber. I have been here for the past 6 years and I see things moving real fast in the past 3 years. I think when my unit VP in 2 years time, Cyberjaya will be an awesome place to stay.

SA told me they will build bridges and all waterways will be connected and flowing.

The water clarity impress me, if they able to maintain this colour it will be an awesome place to stay.

Guys i have a silly question in mind. For those island units, how do the drainage works ? Dirt water going into the waterway directly ? ""

Yea agree, a long way to go still. And I notice the islands are elevated from mainland, I think it will create stunning visual effects.

guys i have some safety concern over the island design. as you may have seen it, stones are being laid around the island border, what if islanders accidentally fall into the waterway ? it will be very difficult to get out of the water (imagine swimming pool without staircase).....unless there are some staircases around the island. Not sure if the developer has any plan to address this issue ?

hey hey, reason being i understand from SA that there is walkway surrounding the border right behind the house fences, all islands have this walkway, i suppose it is a design for leisure walking around the island or its purely a bomba requirement. nonetheless i was being told there is such walkway around the island border, and its kinda narrow. hence there should be some safety measurements in place in case of falling into the waterway. Even adults will have difficulty getting out of the water.
