Who walks to super market these days? Unless your house is directly next to 1 Utama.

Btw, there's bank la in Cyberjaya but again, not walking distance. I am sure not everyone stays next to a bank too.

Community mall is good and convenient. Not shopping mall required. SEG has a parcel of community mall but i dont think it will be there till maybe 2020.

Now our place walking distance to Damansara Avenue, bank, restaurant, supermarket, etc.

Never walk. Even kids go cycling there, we drive our bikes there :P

Super wow @ Singapore, because many don't drive here, provided that it is a prosperous mall.

Malaysia wise, good for rental, own stay so so. Jam jam jam, people will say ong ong ong. LOL

As usual - rubbish question comes with shit example.

For this proj, landscape is equally important as they are selling lifestyle which is more than just houses. SP Setia must deliver what they have promised. Or else, they may face difficulties to sell the remaining islands' units.

Even landscape not up to par, they can always say its initial stage and will enhance as they develop further. The pioneers to SEG might need to grin and bare it if not done up to expectations. Might take a full decade to fully admire it.

If you run out of toilet paper, doesn't matter if you walk to the nearest shopping mall, or drive to IOI. You still leave the house to buy them. Moreover, you don't walk to shopping mall without cleaning your mess while attracting flies to your rear bottom.

I checked it on the fb page above... The finishing looks smooth... Nice workmanship... SP setia have a good record on delivering high quality landed...
On landscaping I'm not sure it will took how long to look like what it's promised... Look like still many job nid to be done... Will be fine, such a big developer will definately give what they promise to maintain their reputation..

I rather have parks & scenic views within waking distance to enjoy the greens & fresh air there. I like to drive my car & go to the supermarket. Banks walking distance....are you still living in the sark age???!!!
