So far noticed that the workmanship in SEG is quite good. If can make it faster while maintaining the quality, why slow down?

now the smds are taking shape now.....hmm....doesnt look very nice collectively...very monogenous and opis block feel...........plain and simple....

I've asked the sales agent about the telecom tower and according to her it is confirmed that it will be removed. just a matter of when. dont worry

The new facade of mainland smd looks so yesterday. Well, what to do? The curvy design not acceptable for uncles....many see it as offices or factories. For me, it looks fresh and nice! Due to the demand of uncles they changed plan for them. Boring! Generation gap. Lol.

Personally I am glad to have bought phase 1 - Fresh, unique and special curvy design.
