A community mall similar to DPC will be built inside SEG but not sure when is that?

Where is the site entrance? Beside Cyberjaya Lake Garden?

Need something like dpc can do thing walking distances. If not. Seg just like kampung only and need to drive for something. Same like Sep.

I don't think there will be any coz land is small. Nothing much to growth.

Check it out in master plan and it will be a similar size like DPC one.

Btw, No shopping mall doesn't mean it will be like kampung and not all ppl want a mall there also.

not a mall..it is small shop for you to buy food, newspaper and grocery.
maybe for a tea or pub...some sort like that.
a bakery shop as well. Do not need a mass as it cause more congestion and complication.

anybody knows whether 'the bund' is still part of SEG's plan? it was mentioned in propcafe.net

You can go in via lakefront villa/residence there as well. U can see their sale gallery is wip. Ciberkaya lake garden traffic light turn left there was blocked so cannot go in. Lakefront there can see more seg.
