As per indicated in the Terms and Conditions of service as well as the Service Guide provided during installation, the warranty period for all Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) provided under the UniFi packages are for a 1 year period from the start date of the service contract term.
Customers who require replacement of any of the equipment after the expiration of the warranty period may contact our TM UniFi Center at 1 300 88 1221 to arrange for the delivery and replacement of the equipment.

I thought STB was lifetime warranty?
Only BTU are life time warranty, the rest of equipment are only 1 years warranty.
