There is minimum SLA, 24 hours though.

Immediate SLA only for Leased line, even that also not within 10-20 minutes to solve it.

Normally is like 2 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours and 3 days. Depends on problems.

My streamyx till this date still has not been terminated since I subscribed to unifi sometime apr/may last year . They still insist on charging me rm1 for streamyx services eventhough I've already thrown in the termination letter(account under my mom's name). vmad.gif vmad.gif

I had the same issue. And they always blame other dept's fault. And the cheque they sent to me is half of my deposit. Crazy!

I'm going to TM Uptown to get their explanation tomorrow.

Sometimes, I feel sorry for them. They have the money to spend on billing system but cant even do things right.

Service Level isnt state in Contract,its best effort basis, that what make them in comfort position.
You can request to meet the account manager, and asking to pay extra (RMXXX to RMXXXX per month, price cant be review as its depends negotiation, you required fixed ip for that).

The SLA Agreement normally consist of Bandwidth and downtime. (Latency will be based on route and upon request)

But Bandwidth wont be confirm if you using torrent and depending on host upload.

They can confirm downtime, else penalty given.

But their contract isnt really complete, fully optimize loop hole.

Same here. Started about 7pm to 8pm last night April 5th. No signal, ie an icon which looks like a satellite dish with X on it appears.

Logged complaint.

Last info I received was the following sms from them:

"Referring to your complaint to our call centre created on 05/04/2011, we would like to inform you that the delay of restoration you have experienced with UniFi service are currently related to our technical and network issue. As TM UniFi Centre (TMUC) is still in the midst to come out with a constructive progress, please be informed that your case is being investigated"

yea same, X on the satellite icon and started around 8-9pm last night. still havent complaint yet..planning to do it tomorrow. should i?

You should. At least let them know the severity of the problem.

I'm in Putra Heights (Saga Exchange).

I had TV1 this evening about 6.45pm for 5 seconds then nada.

VOD and Interactive are ok, probably material stored in it's hdd.

TV Programmes are all available for all channels, just no audio and video.

just now use 迅雷 to download BT drama,
wow, download speed can up to 6xxKB/s ! thumbup.gif

have to set download limit else other users from my house no need use internet liao tongue.gif

so download and upload not same you guys not really care about it ? blush.gif

I know streamyx's one is 202.188.0.133 and 202.188.1.5
and google's one is 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

no..internet speed still normal, torrent still get ~550kbps.

For some reason today my VOIP calls (using softphone) are very choppy and pingtest.net results is terrible sad.gif hope it resolves shortly, impossible to make worthwhile phone calls.
