When I am trying to register at
https://www.americanexpress.com.my

After I've key in the four digit at top right of the card & click "Register Now", it says "Invalid Four Digit"

Is this because of my Amex Card have "Maybankard" logo on it?

To my surprise, spending at Ikea was entitled to 15% but spending on 22/1 onwards no 15% rebate. Can complain? Anyone spent earlier than this but did not get rebate?

you guys having Maybankard 2 should swipe both Amex and Visa and then you can compared the conversion rates to see the difference.

M2Amex, if swipe on weekends.
Weekdays use M2 Visa.

I think it's now pretty much confirmed that Starbucks won't be accepting Amex cards anymore.   

You are absolutely correct for M2Amex on weekend if you have not reached the cap of RM50

but for the M2Amex vs M2Visa, so far all reporting for Amex only and we yet to see a actual comparison between the two done on the same place and time. Once we see that, we can then consider the 5X and 1X to work out which give more return. It may just end up the same because 5X =2.5% and 1X =0.5%.

Now chickening out from using MBB2Kard Amex for transactions more than RM1,000.00 NT$ equivalent, especially on non-weekend and also considering that for Amex, transaction is converted to US$ 1st and reconverted thereafter to RM. MBB does not post the NT$ exchange rate online save for currency notes. So far, have only used MBB2Kard Visa as you can get additional gift from Visa at Sogo Taipei. Will try to do lower value transactions with MBB2Kard2 Amex and Visa as well as DAMC at approximately same transaction times for forumer's benefit.

  I actually used my Maybankard 2 AMEX mostly. Have never tried on Maybankard 2 VISA. The exchange rate for my Maybankard 2 VISA is definitely much lower than other banks.

U try to call maybank complaint department, i also meet the same problem with u, after 2 week complaint yesterday she say will credit Nov & Dec cash back to my ac next week i waiting and see cos just now i received call from amex cs say system show i register at 1 January 2011 so i just can get Jan cash back but i very sure i send sms at Nov 2010, i very angry like say me want to cheating Nov & Dec 15% cash back, after i call person help me follow and ask her why amex cs say like this she say just a miss communication only and very confirm system received my sms at Nov. I very disappointed amex cs cheat customer like this if don't want paid the cash back don't do the promotion instead of say no received sms at Nov and say i send at Jan!!

But it was only announced on 24th. Luckily they didn't say that it was ended 10th of jan. Since they can say whatever they want. 

I think this is the shortcoming of "first come first serve" Cashback Promo.
However, PBB also doing the same thing, but nobody complain here.
