Its not that it doesn't support isn't it. It just that we can't download if we're outside u.s. Right?

I've been using g+ app since the beginning. I don't think our phone have problem with it.

If we can't download it due to android market's geographical restriction, install Market Access or Market Enabler. it'll emulate US's or other countries' carriers. No more restriction! biggrin.gif

^are you on a Sense ROM which has the latest market built in? I had that issue once when I was on Virtuous Unity (and when I faked T-Mo US on CM7 and it auto updated the Market for me) which has the latest Market installed. It detects that I have G+ installed, but it won't freaking update.

I downloaded it when I was using CM7 with the old market. MarketEnabler worked to enable G+ to download, and update. I suspect the new Market has some new codes put into it (which wouldn't surprise me). There's a tutorial on XDA recently on how to get back the old Market.

Still trying to wrap my head around the fact that Google has this policy of filtering apps by geographical region. I mean, even the YouTube app is geographically restricted!

another alternative is to use AppBrain and it's fast install option. If i am not mistaken, fast install would download the apk file directly from their own server

if you install apps thru APK it won't have a link in the market, and you don't have a way to update it. I think Titanium Backup Pro's Market Doctor feature can solve that problem

DHD lasted about 6 hours for me as well, but I am a heavy user (email, twittter, whatsapp, etc). It's either this or E7. Decisions, decisions!

It is not advisable to use visionary because it may brick your phone. what is your current version of HTC Sense? is it the latest gingerbread one? if it is, just follow this guide to downgrade and then root it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.p...118&postcount=6

using the XTC clip would cause permanent s-off, and it is not reversible unlike the software mod posted above(permanent s off = harder to claim warranty if anything happens to your phone). the method stated above requires a bit of command prompt action but it is easy, just follow the instructions given. Good luck thumbup.gif

sense 2.1 and gingerbread (2.3).. i tried going through the guide, but got stuck at 1 point.
How do i figure out what is the INFOCID for my phone?
i managed to get ADB and Fastboot installed, but the guide stops there and doesn't tell me how to find the infocid..
