My god, I lost count of how many guys there were curling and chatting in and around the squat rack. Thank goodness I was doing back, and not legs today. doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

I was warming up yesterday in my condo gym. Finished warm up and was just about to get ready to plow through my main workout. Stood at the corner facing the wall to psyche myself up. 10x10, ok ok I can do this... I'm ready!

............seven high school kids came in and started to train their hip hop dance in front of the mirror at the weights area. 5 more girls joined in to ogle at the boys dancing and toyed around with the machines and weights.... giggling and all.

FUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

go deadlift 405 right beside them and let's see who talks. Especially when you put the weight down. I really really hate these people.

I shock and potong steam until become passive(pacified) already. It was so outrageously unexpected, I gaped my mouth for a whole minute while they danced right beside/in front of me. I was surrounded by 15 year old hip hoppers and their girl-friends.

Why get demotivated? I get even more motivated when some punk ass ah beng walks into the gym and tries to mimic what I've been doing with bunny weights and try to act like he's better than me.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DESTROYING THEIR EGO AND BELIEF IN THEMSELVES. I like that they never dare to look me in the eye anymore too. Hee

Why these things never happen when I'm around. I love putting douchebags in their place. And pls let this happen during deadlift days lol. Deadlifts are beast mode for scaring away people. I swear the area around me clears out when I start doing heavy ones.

But you could curl my bodyweight if you felt like it. These guys curl the empty barbell. doh.gif

And there's a full rack of the smaller barbells with set weights ranging from 10kg to 30kg(which is more than most of them can curl anyway) and yet they hog the squat rack. shakehead.gif

Which gym? I can't curl your bodyweight. I would be Ronnie Coleman already. Last I tried was 63 kg and that was barely 3 reps. Hate the fact barbells did shit for my biceps. My body is one picky b****.

i have the same opinion with Dan too... about u curl us here for early morning cardio*

anyway, barbell is the only tool responsible for the baseball size bis... fucuk the EZ curl bar, they mess up my wrist and elbow liek shiat..

Bent over barbell rows. Then this dude walks past me.
