I'm slowly moving into that too. Considering that my shoulder is flaring up quite often nowadays, I'm actually sticking for toward cables and machines more than bb and db. I'd love to have hs machines, but not available here. Only at a gym like 10km away.

Yea. Until my gf's god mom decided to have her house guest slightly longer, and I've got no place to stay for the night. I was actually thinking of directly coming for a day trip to visit Terry and train and go back. Then I realize i'd crash my car On my way back to Ipoh -.-

I forgot. He replied. He said he's damn busy preparing for a comp. And he doubts if you can learn much in one session but try giving him a call.

Hmm, maybe I'll contact him when my sem break starts again in December. Come down for a whole week. I am really keen to meet him cuz all I've learnt so far is from reading , reading and reading. Local pts here are no help whatsoever. Especially with injuries

so NOT TRUE! had to cut short my workout last wednesday because of the STUPID PT that nearly broke my ribs from clamping on so hard, cutting my air supply, when he was supposed to be SPOTTING during my squats and NOT LIFT me instead! That really spoilt my day. still pissed until now mad.gif

So far, I only see one Chinese trainer actually pick up those weight and tidy up the weights early in the morning although he might looks a little sissy but i do respect him. AND ofcoz the noisy seizure golden retrieval is annoying.

but i'm no PT and i pick up the weights in my gym. I can't train with all the weights laying around.

hehe, the weight in my gym are nasty, the rubber are melted and sticks together which is part of the reason some dude just leave the weight on the bar mad.gif For me, most of the time i just keep the weight that i use, sometime just hate that the PT just joking and laughing around instead of doing something that is more sensible.

There is this joker of a pt that keeps asking people to re rack the weights but he leaves it on the bar all the time. He squats 180 and he leaves it there all the time and he uses 22.5 plates to make it like he squats the world.
