May i Know how to send via email regarding m11x hinge problem? who to suppose I send email?

because now I at shah alam study so difficult for me.So I want it to do it in Ipoh(hometown).

how many day took for this kind of problem?

I think my hinge totally failure.
my graphic card I don't know what happen ,when it play it become slow suddenly.

its faster if u call them. i've tried email but never got a reply. its ok to call them. the rep will ask where is your current location. do mention that u r a student. its easier. i saw instances that the repair was made in a hotel when a customer was on travelling.

It seems like m11x hinge problem really affecting a lot of owners. I wonder when mine going to damage... My m11x oredi 4 mths old...

how would i be able to check the serial number? does it show on the lid itself or do i have to look at the box it came in?

Design flaw? Some people didn't experience hinge problem.

Key in your service tag at dell.com and see the part number of your lid.

I think you should try to match the serial which the tech brought with the serial on my previous post. During tue installan, take some picts.. LOL... note the difference of the old hinge with the new ones.. especially the connector of the body to the screen part.. cause that's where the hinge fail.

stange all of you have problems with m11x. mine is like 3 months old still ok. ntg falling apart.

there's nothing strange about m11x hinge problem, if you google up you can even see a vid from youface.

The machine normally work well more than six months.. depending on your usage though. Mine broke after 5 months usage. Or you're the lucky few with a good hinge.. LOL

mine started to get loose after almost a year

crap happened, mu M15X accidentally fall of and now at edge of the bottom casing got a lil cracked

can i claim warranty for that?in japan currently though dang it

my m11x warranty will expire around in 2 weeks. last 3 month got the hinge problem. this week baru panggil technician..
beware.. i dont think it will occur if still 3 months old..

Sometimes your accessories(the extra one's u order) might come earlier/later. I'm not sure why but that's what my friend had experienced before.
