446k very good price for own stay... But now everybody tightening budget, so it's a little quite difficult to sell off..

What was launch price last time? I remember calling up 2 years ago but the lady told me all sold out, around 600k to 1mill. Dunno she con me a not

Recalled I went to see this project when launch. It has a nice and futuristic design but layout not practical and choice of paint is ridiculous. It was also very expensive in my opinion albeit discounts and a little off from Cyber city centre. I wonder if this has got to do with its current state. Shaft bury and Dpulze ok jer. Anyway the project didn't appeal to me and the SA was very lansi. Acid test will be these 2-3 years when many projects VP. Will it hold? Will it be auction galore? Or maybe people start moving in. No one knows one la. I would love to come back to review this thread in say 5 years and see who actually eats the humble pies.

400 psf in cyberjaya is not bargain for me. There are others more interesting than this in auction list.

Yes like me also stuck cox trying to unload my million dollar condo also hard. So see many good properties also can't buy!

So called high end bang down Ini macam price.
Old 1 May lagi should fall kaw to 200k? Since manyak cyberjialat fansi said so good buy. Now only c Tau Cakap good buy only.. Why no sendiri buy kao it? since keep saying the price down to manyak good buy level... Sibeh cyberjialat Liao.

cyber fansi geng but not gods...can only stay 1 house at a time...property cant rent cant flip cant afford to keep 2milk in other condo while waiting for flip/rent. brows.gif

Lolz... i think u look at different pictures, if the owner jobless, not matter how much they rent out, its still going to auction...

Its not as easy as, rent out lor... how come auction the house... if so easy, there wont be auction anymore... so the main issue is now economy downturn, many got retrenched or being layoff...

when somebody lost the income.. then only the property go into auction.. you think ppl suka-suka go auction ah?

all my condos rent out with no problem leh.. although some cannot cover the mortgage.. but at least it will lighten the burden lar..

So its not about location, its about personal holding power nia.. i think you wont understand... although you are old enough, but mindset are too negative..

It could be personal reason. It could also be the location is overhyped, oversupplied or too much weak punters. Just like last time bukit beruntung, non stop auctions and auctions for years.
