price around 900k unit not facing lake view,only to the cyberjaya lake

any idea whether worth buying??
only need 27k for deposit,then will get 115k(10%) within 3 month

Summerglades ar...    i not sure le...the subsale is around 1.1Mil-1.3mil.

If u ask me, i think the characteristic of summerglade is not strong lo...the selling point is super low density, but the landscape is not as nice as the demo video...developer should take k and upgrade the facilities and landscape...many rich buyer might top up to invest in fine products like SEG or Symphony, even for own stay.

Guys - need real help here..

My unit still have the defects (cracks on the wall).. They have hacked the wall, re-plastering and after few days - cracks will re-appear.. i think they have done so 6 or 7 times minimum.. and now, other places have the cracks too.. it is annoying as it is already more than 6 months and i can't move in to the unit..

does anyone facing similar problem..?? or anyone with a good contact with any lawyer of tribunal that can take this matter ahead..??

We should start forming a Committee for MBTL and ensure the place is safe. I believe 1 of the selling point for this project is because of good security. I'm not racist or against any specific nationality, but I've been working in CBJ for many years and I've seen and heard many complains from colleagues living around CBJ about Nigerians/Africans around here. Dealing drugs and stealing cars are just a few I know.
Btw, last weekend I saw a couple of agents knocking/calling the tenant of a unit and overheard them talking among themselves something about not been paying rents. After the agents went off then only the tenants which were Nigerians/Africans came out of the unit and sneak out.

On the nite of Aug 9 till 2 to 3am of Aug 10, an unit at A block rented to Pak hitam (you can easily locate that unit by standing at the balcony of skygym facing the lake, on your left hand side, one level below skygym with red curtains),
party was held, music/talking loud/invited frens coming in from outside. I complained to the security guards, the response I got was nothing  can be done to them. Come on, if you are the owner of that unit, please terminate the tenancy. MBTL is degrading.

I'ts good now the owners already have few fruitfull meetings with the management. There are already motions on banning PH tenants from MBTL discussed in the whatsapp group.
