Landscape looks great! Seksan hardly fail to impress you one. Lol. Maintenance a lot of normally based on dpc/pj trade center etc works there.

Landed ll take time to occupy. No more pics? Completion of phase 2 ll see more ppls to move i guess. Normally later phase has more ownstayers..investors hardly ll touch phase ll except those gungho investors.

Sometimes...it is more make sense to get ur own reno contractor to help....if wan to wait developer to kaotim all defects...it will not be time efficient...be it to rent or ownstay.

Ask our own self la...many of us also messy la. Take it easy. Life of being landlord..u need to get use to it...maintaining cost for the unit always there one. No perfect tenant.

This project when it launched already many dosc packages then when it was clearing the stocks later stage the packagr get even more crazy. This sort of big big discount like 20 to 30pc or some even more will not help when shit hit the fan. I remembered one guru F promoted vega residensi at ssp2.. after discount sign spa still has cash back to buyer's pocket. And now saw his recent fb bashing on all these packages. Act and talk seems like not aligned. So take it as lesson le everyone.

I also dunno why all wanna bash this proj. Owners and ownstayers just need to push mgmt to work harder and put ij better sop to deal with all issues. JMB not form yet?

OsK offered crazy package last time Whig attracted wrong type of prop investors.. Now back fire. It always happened to those projs with huge disc.
