Wow I think it's true got more auctions coming just that bank wanna release slowly since the last auction got sold at rm470k. The bank now release another so not to scare the market!

OsK offered crazy package last time Whig attracted wrong type of prop investors.. Now back fire. It always happened to those projs with huge disc.

is ok. low price stuff the market full then only can recover. most terrible situation is refuse to be stuffed at least some transaction going on at the auctions

just tell your agent no africans? Very hard? Obviously its hard to do that black and white but its important to know whats bad for the community, with this kind of informal ban it'll work too, if the owners themselves are people with standards

if got potential tenant better rent out soonest possible, they will have plenty more choices from Q3 onward.
