Didnt say Royal Domain no PH, just saying since both also got PH and MBTL more expensive then might as well buy RD. Don't want PH go buy Bangsar or DH.

He's asking spa price not selling price, the cheapest selling price was rm550k for phase 1 units in 2011.

Phase 2 1030sf spa price is indeed rm900k++, but after discount was rm700k++.

If this auction unit bank lent based on spa price, it will be in trouble.

Yes agree ... if this round still no one bids then will enter the auction next round, coz if multiple bidders this round then final price might end up above RM500k + RM100k (fixing + hidden costs) = RM600k ... still expensive!

Gonna be a hard time evicting PH if successfully buy!

Wow I think it's true got more auctions coming just that bank wanna release slowly since the last auction got sold at rm470k. The bank now release another so not to scare the market!
