Just find it ridiculous a property so far from city, next to highway and erl selling for 900 psf. Haha, forum is for talking negatives, wanna hear positives then call property agents!

from my understanding, one of the selling point of MBTL as one of the most expensive condo in CBJ is because of the premium facilities and Seksan landscape.. so does the JMB maintain and manage the facilities and landscape well?

nice or not is very subjective la bro...nice for me but mayb not up to ur expectation. just pay a visit survey and feel it urself, this is my best suggestion...

I used to mentioned PH issue is under control...then ppl interpret my comments as PH is not a prob. Many ppl don't stay in MBTL but just camp in this thread...they will hints this hint that, but nobody can give u a fact, mayb their fren bought mbtl..haha

yea, eventually between 6pm-10pm, many local bring their kids to swim and play...and ppl comment after 8pm many PH in gym...many ?

Hi guys.. i've been renting here for a week now.

Regarding the ERL issue, it is not that noisy. The vehicles on the highway is more of the concern. I guess if close the windows and use curtains the noise is minimal. But if want to enjoy2 view at balcony then need to contend with this noise.

I haven't used the gym yet, maybe next week. Will go at different times (early morning/late night) and see what the fuss is about.

Other facilities and landscaping is nice and well maintained as far as I can see. I hope they keep it up. There are some issues with the unit, but so far the management office is quite efficient in resolving them.

It has only been a week, so can't really consider this a full evaluation. Only after a few months then see how.

Anyhow, I can see why there are some who have negative comments in this thread. Some are genuine concerns, others are just commenting to push value of MBTL down so can buy cheap later
