I doubt the unit is sellable or transferable during the construction period. hmm.gif

I read from this forum people have done it before. Something like they enter into an agreement which will only take legal effect after VP. But the monies will have to be transacted first. Sounds like risky business to me. smile.gif

sounds like a "gentlemen agreement" rather than its legally enforced? hmm.gif
just curious, when upon VP and owner doesn't want to honor the sale to the buyer, can the buyer sue the owner legally? hmm.gif

I guess you can, but very often suing someone is not the solution. If for example the owner has already bankrupt and the property is now taken over by the bank then certainly he can no more honour the S&P.

Just incase suddenly owner doesnt want to sell as maybe he later find out he can actually sell 100k more upon VP..

Because lowyat forum is just one property forum, it is not the defecto property forum or gathering place where everyone goes to. In other words, there are many people out there who buys properties without coming to lowyat forum or any forums.

KR1 units is quite few, they are mostly sold to people with connections.

Passed by there a couple of weeks ago and the progress is until level 4 or 5 for all blocks........

It's about level 5-7 for all blocks and noticed some re-inforce concrete and slab had been in the lower floors for each block ...

Since this is low rise, I think the full building construction can be seen in another 10 months time ...

last heard from SA during my last visit, there are units still available for below 600k, 1200+ sqft, lower floor,,, those who interested can visit the sales office n grab while stocks last,,,

Wahh, almost forgot this thread. Seems no one discussing about KR1 at all since preview days at 2011, lolz. Must be not much purchasers from LYN.

When middle of 2011, most purchasers were not happy that no progress in site few months after paid 3% booking.

Indeed, the schedule of S&P's completion is June 2014 and now the progress fast until it is going to complete this year end.
